Associate lawyer
David VARAPODIO assists companies and individuals in business and construction litigation. His judicial and advisory activity in private law is focused on the fields of companies and real estate.
He holds a Master I in private law and criminal sciences, delivered in 2010, and a Master II in notary law, delivered in 2011, by the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of NICE – SOPHIA ANTIPOLIS.
Antoniya NEDELCHEVA
Lawyer
Antoniya NEDELCHEVA, Doctor of Law, assists companies and local authorities in the field of public procurement and tenders. She is the author of a thesis in European Union Law and has a broad competence in European and international law.
She was a lecturer at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis and a project manager for a local authority.

Confidentility
The most absolute protection is assured to our clients by the respect of a strict professional secrecy and the confidentiality of the data and information provided by our clients. “The lawyer is the necessary confidant of the client. The lawyer’s professional secrecy is of public order. It is general, absolute and unlimited in time” (article 2.1. of the RIN).
Indicative Fees
The fees are invoiced at the hourly cost of operation and according to the result eventually obtained (gain or saving).
The hourly rate, which includes all costs except those that may be charged by other professionals (Bailiffs, Notaries, etc.) or administrations (Taxes, land services, etc.), is set at between 200.00 and 250.00 euros exclusive of tax, plus VAT at the legal rate in force. The current VAT rate is 20%.
The additional fee for results is 12% exclusive of tax of the sums actually collected or of the savings made by the client as a result of the work of our firm.
The average cost of a specialised written consultation varies between 150 and 250.00 euros excluding VAT.
